After 20 years of running a traditional studio averaging around 15 employees, MBd's new business model has three full time employees. Carol Mackay and Greg Branson are the principals of MBd and collaborate on concept development, design and production – taking each project from brief through to quality control of the final product. Claire Reiser is the glue that holds the studio together. Like a triage nurse, Claire is the first point of contact for many clients, and knows where each project is at any given time.
