The client:

The Financial Ombudsman Service is a national alternative dispute resolution scheme. It provides accessible, fair and independent dispute resolution for consumers and financial services providers.

The objective:

As the second Annual Review of the scheme, the aim was to communicate 'who we are, what we do and how we do it', clearly and succinctly.

The solution:

The review was designed to reinforce the organisation's new branding. The board members were introduced via full length, friendly photographs while well written, succinct copy was supported by detailed graphs/tables and charts.
