The client:
Dental Health Services Victoria is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. The organisation is responsible for the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.
The problem:
The identity was developed over 10 years and many personnel ago and usage was inconsistent.
The solution:
Inconsistent logo usage usually happens because it is difficult for staff members to access guideline information so they do what they think best.
Rather than bombard the staff with a dense set of rules and regulations, MBd recommended producing ten 'FAQ' factsheets.
The fact sheets are succinct, easy to read one page documents that are easily accessed on the DHSV intranet. Written in plain-english they de-mystify usage of the DHSV brand by avoiding the use of jargon and using images where ever possible.
