The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman is a free and independent alternative dispute resolution scheme for small business and residential consumers with unresolved complaints about their telephone or internet services.
The objective:
Publish statistics to reduce the number of complaints to the TIO by educating members about the type of complaints it handles on their behalf.
The solution:
The connect.resolve campaign is all about numbers. Complaints made to the TIO are graphed by member, and then by type, service and handling issues. The complexity of information is simplified by colour-coded graphs designed for maximum clarity.
