Forms Express is Australia's leading supplier of business stationery and outsourced billing services to the small to medium enterprise sector. They also offer a variety of products and tailored business solutions such as mail house services, data exchange and payroll solutions to the corporate and government sectors.
The objective:
Forms Express wanted to take on its competitors and move to a more aggressive stance in their marketplace. They recognised that the communication they had with their customers lacked consistency.
The solution:
A visual audit of all Forms Express
communications and website was compared to their peers and competitors to produce an audit report. MBd presented a report which Forms Express used as a briefing document for designers working inhouse as well as their web designer.
