Volgren is Australia’s largest and most respected bus body building company with over 300 employees and manufacturing plants in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Newcastle.
The objective:
Volgren had spent many years developing its manufacturing systems to improve the lifecycle of bus bodies and reduce the production timeline. They recognised that their marketing systems and communications materials lagged behind their excellence in manufacture.
The solution:
The MBd audit examined all Volgren internal and external communications. The audit report prioritised the areas that needed urgent attention. A timeline and plan was developed with an extensive design brief for all of Volgrens' communications.
