The Energy and Water Ombudsman
(Victoria) (EWOV) receives, investigates and facilitates the resolution
of customer complaints about electricity, gas and water companies
operating in Victoria. Its services are free to consumers.
The objective:
EWOV required a website update that also gave them the freedom to easily add information to the site with a content management system.
The solution:
Using extensive information gleaned from users, the existing website was restructured; new sections added, and other sections deleted. A complete redesign brought it into line with the EWOV branding. Finally, a new content management system was introduced so the site can be easily managed internally.
